No, you can give our technicians permission to enter and we can take care of any issues while you are out.
You will need to show a photo ID verifying that you are on the lease. If it is after hours, there is a lock-out fee that will need to be paid or billed to your account.
Yes, within reason. This does not include changing the paint color, however or making permanent changes to the interior.

We offer several great amenities! These amenities include 2 pools, 2 jacuzzis, 2 fitness centers,24 laundry rooms, and gas BBQs. Check out our amenities page for more information!
All amenities are open from 8 AM to 10 PM daily, including weekends & holidays.
Yes, we have covered garages and uncovered parking available for our residents.
Yes, some of our floor plans have a washer/dryer hookup. Floor plans D, E, H, and I have a washer/dryer hookup while we have laundry rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
Our community is pet-friendly. We love your furry friends!
There is a monthly pet rent and a pet deposit.
We do have a weight restriction of 25 pounds. Please contact our leasing team for more information about our pet policy and any other breed or weight restrictions!
We do not have a pet park on-site, but we do have a large area where residents can walk their pets and pet stations.
The only appliances that come standard in our apartments are a stove and a dishwasher.
We currently do not offer furnished apartments.

We do not accept packages at the leasing office; however, if they are dropped off at the leasing office we will contact the resident for pickup.

Our gyms have treadmills, bicycles, and free weights.

In most cases, we can find out about your application right away. In some cases, it can take between 24 and 48 hours for an application to be approved.
We will go over all up-front costs with you, and it will be reflected on an "Offer to Lease" document that you will have before moving in. Please reach out if you have any additional questions!
We would advise that you take your time! Narrow down what you are looking for in your forever home to make sure it is the right fit.
There are several options for paying your rent. You can pay with a personal check, money order, or cashier's check in person or through our drop-box, or you can pay online.
You can set up your resident account to pay rent online. You can go to our website, click on resident portal, and create your account. Once you have an account, you can click on "paying rent" and set up your account for paying rent.
Yes, renter's insurance is required at your property. We can refer you to a company if you need an option!
The utilities that are included in the rent are sewer, trash, and water.
You will need to call the electric company before you move in to coordinate with them. Other utilities, including water, sewage, and trash, are set-up by us.

Yes, we offer a $200 bonus if you have a friend that moves into the community.
You are responsible for your guests at all times. Any guest staying more than 14 days must have approval from management.
No, we do not allow for subletting at this time.
You will need to pay the buy-out fee listed in your lease agreement. Additionally, you will need to re-pay any "lease discounts" you were given at move-in.

We have a public bus stop 0.2 miles away from the community.
We are located near shops, banks, restaurants, and, of course, Loma Linda Medical Center.
We are located in the Loma Linda Unified School District.
Loma Linda Dog Park, which is just 1.5 miles away from our community, is a great space to spend time with your pup!
Blue Mountain in Grand Terrace is close to our community.
We have several retail and grocery options close by. These include Staterbrothers, Clarks, Walmart, Target and Inland Center Mall.
We have Tess' Place Cafe & Bakery or Starbucks are close.
Directions
We recommend using Google Maps or Apple Maps to find your way to our property. However, if you exit Mt. Vernon and take E Washington St. to Barton Rd and make a right on Oakwood Dr, then you will see our community on the left.
The nearest cross streets are Oakwood Dr and Barton Rd.
